Offline on purpose
Your lists live in the device's private storage. The app works in the shop with no signal, no account and no server — and nobody but you sees them.
Basketiers · Grocery list for iOS and Android
Basketiers is the grocery list that stays on your device: usable without an account, offline in the shop, with no advertising and no tracking.
Free, no in-app purchases. Screenshots follow once the store listings are live.
Not a feature list from a spec sheet — the things the app actually does.
Your lists live in the device's private storage. The app works in the shop with no signal, no account and no server — and nobody but you sees them.
You can share a list with someone else — one invitation to an email address, then you both work on the same list. Shared lists need a connection.
You can add a price to any item, optionally. The list then shows the total so far. Items without a price are left out of it rather than counted as free.
Capture a barcode with the camera, or dictate the item. The barcode is resolved on the device; dictation uses the operating system's speech service, which may process the audio on its own servers. The recognised item goes onto the list straight away — you can still edit or remove it.
Three steps, and the rest happens while you walk.
Type the items, say them or scan them. Everything is grouped by category, in the order you walk the shop.
Ticked items move into the in-cart section and the running total updates as you go. You can add prices item by item.
The trip is archived and the list stays as a template, so the next shop does not start from zero.
This is not a marketing line, it is the state of the code. The full version is in the privacy policy.
